Special Acheivement Award: STEPHANIE MARCUM of Brownsburg, IN. Ms Marcum passed away early in 2011 due to cancer. Her husband, Barry excepted the award. Barry said that she was a barrel racer, but truly loved running poles and competing every weekend with the friends she admires so much. | ||

WAYNE SANDBERG...wrote the book entitled Nineteen Second Pole Bending and published it in three editions. Wayne developed a highly innovative Custom Speed Saddle and invented the custom turned stirrups. Mr Sandberg passed away in 2009. His daughter, Crystal Logan from AZ was there to accept. | ||
